Modern Abstraction
By simplifying the composition and simplying instead of openly stating, I attempted to extend what impressionism began with modern abstraction.
It was, indeed, the same philosophical line between realism and abstraction that Diebenkorn has been treading and I felt it was the key to moving my art forward. |
